Initially, the time management was acceptable for my initial report. The second stage of contact with them was not so rosy. I had to call several times to get through to the agent dealing with my work. And... My work did not have a writer for a long time, until the last 3days of submission. My work was late, in delivery!
A guarantee of 2:1 was made. However, when I got my result, I was disappointed that their guarantee was only worth a mere '65%'. I believe it was not value for money, the customer service was appaling. I was happy to end the business agreement. Engage with extremely caution!

However, we would always ensure you get your work before that 2 week deadline, even if it is started 3 days before the deadline. If for any reason, we feel that we may not meet your deadline, we would call you beforehand, explain the situation and offer you a discount.
We would not claim that we are perfect and say this has never happened. It has, but we would always call you first, and if it is a case wherein that is your actual deadline, we would stay up all night just to finish your work. We would never compromise your academic situation.
3. We offer a 2.1. Quality Guarantee, not a 2.1. grade guarantee. What this means is that the standard of the work we have done for you would always be to a 2.1. quality based on our experience and quality check. For clarification, 2.1. grade is usually from 60 - 70, and from your review, you got 65%, which is a very decent 2.1. grade. I do not understand your complaint on that matter.
