This is a scam, buyer be were! As soon as you order, you'll receive an email with a message to contact them. When you contact the orders department, they will tell you that the panel is obsolete on this brand new $3000 Sony XBR-70X850B 4K TV that's listed on the... See MoreSony website for $999.00 more. When I questioned this, they said the UH01 Sony panel is discontinued, so there's only a 30-day warranty instead of 1-year??? I called Sony, who had no idea what TVSuperstores was talking about when referring to an LCD Panel Lottery that this sales scams refers. They will attempt to mark up the purchase with shady tactics like extra insurance, selling you a higher-end Sony model TV with the newer TS01 LCD panel (when that model doesn't exist) or selling their extended warranty for a huge premium. That's how they make money with the up-sale tactics! How do you not have the TV that you're advertising as the Deal of the Day??? Bottom Line is that you are looking at a nightmare and would be better served looking elsewhere. If it sounds too good to be true, it normally is!!!

i had a great experience. low pricing, quick answer for calls and scheduled a pickup even though i gave them a hard time with the time and day i was available to sign for it. tv comes by truck because 78" tv cant be shipped ups/fedex etc..

Probably had to make more than a dozen calls to this online "store" to get even a modicum of service. 1) They DO NOT STOCK more than a few TVs. 2) They always tell you to call back in several days. 3) They offer you other, dated TVs instead ofwhat... See Moreyou ordered. 4) What you ordered is always back ordered. 5) I ordered one TV model ($2200), and was sent a similar model (that lacked the 3D glasses) for the same price. 5) Finally I was refunded the cost of the 3D glasses - my problem to find and order them elsewhere. Unless saving $200 makes all the difference, the hassle, frustration, and aggravation is NOT WORTH IT! Total time to get the TV was 6 weeks and the glasses took another 3 weeks.
Just find it at another store!

back in october 2013 i bought a tv on this webside and i had all the same problems as the next guy..few days after the order, someone called saying the tv i had was out of stock and if i wanted to upgrade to another one for $400 so i... See Moresaid no, when it was on "delivery" got several emails saying its on delay, then that i had to pay some shipping insurance of $280 because its overweight item, which it doesnt say that ANYWHERE on their webside, took 2 months to deliver my tv in the end, and then here comes this scrawny homeless looking guy in a white family van with my tv...i seriously thought the tv was stolen or something and that i was being scammed. i called the police and checked everywhere online to see if tv was reported stolen..nothing as of yet, but please stay away its not worth a penny you save, these people are doing something very bad..only God knows what

I ordered my TV from The website said that they'd deliver my new TV in 10-14 days. Then the SHUCK & JIVE started.
First I got an email 2 days later, saying that I had to call to schedule the delivery.
During that call, they advised me that since... See Morethe they were not an AUTHORIZED RETAILER that the TV would only have a 90 warranty. They would call me back in a few days to set up a delivery appointment.
A few days later, I got another email asking me to call to set up the appointment.
This time when I called, they advised me that the TV is not in stock and there would be another 2-3 week delay.
All the time they had already charged my credit card.

Everytime you call, it's another story.

They are obviously selling merchandise they do not have in stock. Then they scramble to find it for you.

Low prices do not equal service.
