Your Internet service provider was unable to provide reliable, consistent, adequate bandwidth and / or capped certain "ports".
We asked you on several occasions to provide us with feedback to help us isolate the problem but you seemed unwilling to. We also spent hours / days testing your feed and it worked well for us. We switched out equipment for you in the UK all at no charge.
You filed no complaints between 18 Oct to 17 March and have graphs to show it worked to specification. And your March problem you determined to be a fault with your SKY box. How is that our fault?
You were also working with power outages on the island.
If you have issues, we are happy to work with everyone to reproduce them and have our customers work with us to determine workable solutions. And we take copious notes.

How were we threatening? Rude? Unhelpful? Please provide details.
We did charge your credit card. What do you mean "quickly"? We charged you the same time every month and even failed to charge until months later for some items.
We do resent being called scammers. What did we do to scam you? We provided a service. if we were scammers we would have had our doors closed ages ago. We have an almost 6 year history.
Again, we do all we possibly can to ensure that every customer is more than satisfied with our services. Here, we clearly fell short of our goal.

Terrible picture & worst customer service I have ever experienced.

TheTelly.net costs about $130 monthly which is not cheap. In addition, their system regularly crashes without warning and over the last four years of loyal payments i have had to upgrade regularly - each time costing more money.
