I purchased a Gucci bag from shopbellabag.com and I thought that they had a decent return policy. Not only was I out $10 from shipping the bag back, they decided to charge me an extra $15 WITHOUT telling me. Their only explanation was that they had recently changed their refund... See Morepolicy, forgot to put the return policy paper in my shipment, and it wasn't even on their website to this day! I am appalled by their customer service and now they no longer answer my emails. Thank you for convincing me to never buy from your website again.
