I tried to order (1) nfl jersey from this online website SHOP AUTHENTIC JERSEY, put all of my information in and press submit. Then I... See Morereceived a "ERROR MESSAGE" transaction didn't go through, so I, entered it again same error message with NO CONFORMATION NUMBER on purchase item. I check my credit card account and both orders are pending transaction, SHOP AUTHENTIC JERSEY pulled the money out of my account TWICE. You can't call this company to talk too customer service, no number was given only via E-mail. I e-mailed this company the same day and reply that I wanted to CANCEL BOTH TRANSACTIONS. ROBERT JACK or RUBY then replied that "They will cancel one transaction and process the other one". I'm I missing something here? I specifically said CANCEL BOTH TRANSACTIONS, what part of this doesn't they understand. Now for three day e-mailing back and fourth ROBERT JACK or RUBY is negotiating processing one of the transaction for me when I CLEARLY stated CANCEL BOTH ORDERS. After the third day ROBERT JACK or RUBY PROCESS BOTH ORDERS and TOOK MY MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Legal matters are being process to get my money back and for the rest of you customers DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, they are unprofessional and CROOKS.
