This has been the worst experience I have ever had with a company! I purchased $98 worth of fish from "TOM" and unfortunately do to me unexpectedly loosing my job I had to cancel my order that next day but I made sure I did it before he shipped the... See Morefish out. I have been battling with Tom for a month in a half now and he still has not refunded my money, he keeps saying he did and I have given him two different cards to refund me on and he still has yet to give my money back. Then he has the nerve to be extremely rude with me on the phone like I am doing this to him on purpose. He is a freakin joke just like his horrible business! DO NOT BUT FROM HIM HE IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED!! if the money was not able to be put back onto my cards then he should have asked to speak with my bank and cut me a check but he has pretty much told me to take a hike, so I guess I just lost out on $98!!

Don't buy from rfitropicalfish! They have terrible customer service. My order of fish were dead when they arrived. They were poorly packaged for shipping. After contacting Tom weekly for 2 months, he still never sent the fish.
