Good Site

I'm very satisfied with this site and the company in general. I have placed 2 separate orders with them. One in November 2011, and another in February 2012, and I can say in all honesty I have received some of the best customer service I've ever had... period! ... See More Especially for an online company. They go out of their way to help you, and both of my orders were charged and received in less than 15 days from the date I placed the order.

My son messed up one of the cards we bought (in November) and we contacted them, and honestly told them that the card stopped working because it was crushed/stepped on by my son. Rather than try to sell us a new card, they (Jim) simply sent out a whole new card to us, with a return envelope for the damaged card. I would highly recommend them fully to anyone. This is just my experience, but I wanted to share it here.

I am suspect of some of these negative reviews, because it is not at all the experience I have had with them. But the review with the cycloDS cards (3-of them, for $30.00 or something) they don't even sell those cards. Never have. I know, because initially I contacted them to see if they could get a cycloDS card, but they don't have those available on their site or as a special order. Sort of strange then to be able to buy them from a company that doesn't even sell them.

Again, I would recommend this site to anyone looking for a real genuine R4 3DS card (there are tons of fake clone cards out there) and just for the great customer service.

Good Site

I have had no problems with this company at all, in any way. I Have ordered from them 3 different times, and each time I have received exactly what I paid for - and on one order, I got a free upgrade and I got 4gb Micro SD included, and... See More a note thanking me for my continued orders. Package 1 took 9 days to arrive from Canada to the USA, package 2 took 15 days to arrive, and package 3 arrived in 13 days. Never took any money from me or scammed me in any way.

I would recommend this site to friends and family without even thinking twice.

I have not had a single issue.Arrived from Canada about 18-19 days.
I have had no issues with this company at all, so I would contact them, and I am sure they will help.
They are not thieves.I am very satisfied with them.
