I placed an order on February 21, 2013. A few minutes after placing my order I received an email confirmation. That was the first, last, and only communication I ever received from PreeBrulee.com. A week went by and I still had no notification that my order had shipped. Between February... See More21 and March 5, I sent 4 emails to the website asking about my order and nobody ever responded. On March 5, I contacted paypal to file a dispute. Once paypal filed the claim, I received an email the very next day that my order had shipped. It's really really terrible customer service that I had to file a claim just to get my order shipped 2 WEEKS LATER.
