Navigation is poor and it's not well organized. For example, if I see a list of my child's classes and grades, I can click on a semester grade to see details of individual grades. But rather than opening up something on the side of the page to show me, it... See Moregoes to a new page and then navigating back to the main screen, getting to a class and so forth becomes awkward. It would make more sense if I could click on the next item on the list on the left side and keep going rather than changing screens and having no clear navigation path. The bottom line is that most of the time I merely need to see a list of my child's classes, overall grades, individual grades and assignments. It should be easy to do in a few seconds with one click, but it's not. The bigger problem is that I constantly see a message that says "The maximum number of concurrent Parent sign ins has been reached. Please try your request later." What exactly does that mean? Does that mean that their system is overloaded, or are they limiting logins for individual schools? It's finals week, so I doubt many people are checking details about what homework is due. If the limit is for my child's school of barely over 100 students, then how many do they let in? Ten? Even so, I would expect that if I can't get in, I'd be able to do so a few minutes later. But trying constantly for an hour or more won't help, even though I would expect that I waited long enough that they could have literally given every bit of information to every parent of every student in the school in the time that I can't get in, and it still won't let me in. Very poor design. During times of the year when I really do need to be logged in for extended periods of time, it's mostly idle time while I stare at the screen, and the only reason to remained logged in is that I don't have a single unified report that I can view. Honestly, this is not like viewing election results where I need to stay logged in in case a teacher adds a grade while I'm there.
