food is excellent, service from 1 of the waiters , james, was very rude by nudging someone and reaching over there plate whilst he was still eating a meal to pick a plate up from the middle of the table. We all felt we was being rushed and... See Morepressured to finish our meal. We was there as a big family celebrating two family members birthday and requested they brought a cake out which we provided and they done it knowing half the table wasn't present because they was in a rush they did it anyway which was disappointing.After the meal we went to have a flutter and also wanted to use the vouchers we was given when we approached a member of staff to ask if they was opening anymore tables she replied very rudely saying they was short staffed due to staff sickness, a second member of our group approached the same women to ask if a different table was gonna be opening soon and her reply was "I've already had this conversation with someone else and the answer is still no due to staff sickness" Not only this but when we approached the bar for a drink we had to wait 8 minutes to be served and we was the only people waiting to be served. All in all a bad experiance the only good thing is we saved alot of money due to very poor service.
