The rule is that you need to book 3 month in advance wich I did, but then after a month after submitting my application form I was supposed to wait for a "booking agent" to get a quote on my trip; I emailed, called them chat with them every week and I always get the same answer: " a retention manager will call you within 5 business days".

so I got really frustrared and google this website, google took me to yelp.com and I wanted to cry after reading all the reviews. so the answer is yes this is a scam.
