Als ehemalige Mieterin einer Wohnung in Krokerstr. 18 in Leipzig habe ich ziemöich schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht. Ich muss einfach alle Mietinteressenten warnen. See MoreSoweit ich weiß, wollen jetzige Mieter nach 6 Monaten wieder ausziehen, weil das Zusammenleben mit den Nachbarn aus dem Erdgeschoss absolut unmöglich ist. Als Kettenraucher (40 bis 60 Zigaretten pro Tag/auch im Schlafzimmer) verpesten sie permanent die anliegende Wohnung. Lüften ist zu keiner Tages- und Nachtzeit möglich. Wenn man die Nachbarn aus dem Erdgeschoß drauf anspricht – wird man beschimpft und beleidigt. Im Haus stinkt bestialisch nach Verwesung, Fäulnis, schlechtem Essen usw. Und dieser Geruch zog ständig in unsere Wohnung. Außerdem wurden wir uns sogar unsere Kinder ständig verbal und sogar körperlich von diesen Leuten angegriffen. FINGER weg von der Krokerstraße 18. In Leipzig.
