Just great service. If you go into the actual store there are 3-4 very helpful reps there to clearly explain the issue and the cost. Price is also amazing. each repair takes less than about an hour. Will return again if i mess up my phone.

I've used myiphonerepair.com twice now, once to replace my iPhone 3GS screen and once to try to save my daughter's iPhone 4 from water damage. They were honest and up front. They paid for shipping both ways. I smashed my screen against my keys in my pocket.... See More I sent it out on a Thursday and got it back the following Wednesday. My daughter swore she didn't drop it water. I believed her, until Rami called me back and told me the board was burnt due to water damage. I didn't know if that was the true answer until I confronted her about it, and sure enough she did drop it in the toilet. I called Rami back and he bought the phone off me for parts. He even gave me a great deal on a refurbished 3G for her. I have had 2 positive experiences.

These guys are the real deal!! Searching the net looking to repair my iPhone 4 stopped with http://myiphonerepair.com. I liked the upfront costs and lack of bait and switch. I found the costs comperable if not a bit lower with shipping included in the price. I'll tell you that I... See Morewent to a local AT&T store to get the name of a service that would repair the glass. I was provided 3 local companies and all 3 were $100- $150 higher. They too would have the phone for 4-5 days before I could pick it up. I was shocked. I did send in my iPhone 4 and received it back within 6 days. I believe they are located in California and I in the Midwest. I thought the turnaround was quick.
However, less then 4 weeks later, my glass cracked again. I was not pleased as both times the glass broke, I didnt think it should've cracked. Rami, who I believe is the owner, did call and email me. He indicated Apple is being sued in a Class Action lawsuit. Rami's informed me that this iPhone 4 glass has been marketed as stronger then other Apple products. I would say the class action suit is VERY justified. Rami didn't need ot take the time to call, email and speak with me for 20 minutes, but he did. http://myiphonerepair.com worked with me on the repair and the cost of the repair. Again, I'm not sure he had to do this, but did. I did return my phone a second time for repairs. I again received a email and a call from Rami. He indiciated the envelope I placed the phone in, didn't prevent more damage. It was packaged in a thin bubble wrap and not in a bubble wrap box. It appears more damaged was caused in shiping. This is completly my error. The shipping damage caused the Mother Board to break. Rami for the 3rd time, worked with me. I didn't pay another dime. I did get a firm warning, "Next time, please don't place a $700 phone in an envelope. It's worth the cost to ship it right." He couldn't have been more right on.
The service here is refreshing. In a time of economic downturn, http://myiphonerepair.com did not ask for more money for parts and services. Most companies should and would.
Trying to find a business on the net, for anything, can be difficult. I can't say enough about these guys. I caused significant damage to my iPhone 4, I paid a very competitive price and I got my phone back in great shape.
THE ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT.
I wouldn't waste your time searching the net. You won't find another business like these guys to get your iPhone repaired. I have 4 of these in my house, 3 ipod touches and 10 coming for my company. There's no question, I'll return to these guys to get my phones repaired.
I asked Rami how I could get the word out there on this business. I feel it was the least I could do for his staff, Michael and the rest of the guys at http://myiphonerepair.com. He indicated a review here would be great. I was happy to do this for the outstanding service. I would refer anyone to these guys. They're a mid-size company trying to move to the next level. I have to take a few minutes to share my wonderful experience with www.MyiPhoneRepair.com
First off, they emailed my shipping label in a adobe pdf format which was very easy to open and print. Minutes later I received a phone call from one of their representatives just as a courtesy... See Morecall to confirm that I received the shipping label!
I printed out the label and shipped the phone to them on 12-27-2010 with no worries or hesitation. On 12-29-2010 I received an email from the post office confirming that the delivery had been made to MyiPhoneRepair.com and minutes later I received a phone call from the technician that was assigned to my repair, Michael. He explained that he had received the iPhone and was about to start fixing it for me.
Now I tell you, I have not seen this type of service in a long time. Even Dell computers didnt provide this type of stellar service when I shipped my laptop to them for repair!
Michael repaired the glass, replaced the LCD and sent me status updates by email during the next hour of repair. Now here is where I was really impressed.
An hour later he called me and explained that the iPhone repair was complete and he was shipping the phone out right away so that I have it in my hands for New Years! Sure enough - the phone arrived on Friday afternoon.
I looked for any possible flaws or imperfections because the repair was completed so fast. I found ZERO. The phone looks like it did when I bought it. Fully functional with a perfect sealed gasket around the glass (I had read on blogs that this gasket tears during repairs.)
So needless to say - I AM VERY VERY THANKFUL and IMPRESSED by the stellar customer service and quality of the parts and labor performed on my iPhone. I recommend this service to anyone who does not want to pay Apple $200 for a refurbished iPhone. MyiPhoneRepair.com fixed my precious phone and again - I am so thankful.
