horrible customer service. just spoke with Vanessa who claimed she was the only person in their call center and she was rude and refused to assist. They charged me yesterday and I asked for a cancellation yesterday via email and today via phone and she refused to do it because... See Moreit posted yesterday. steer clear of these people; I have had 0 responses to my ad on their site that I pay for but 5 on another site that is free. I have never heard of any company that refuses to refund money a single day after it was paid.
