I have had ONE howrse account for years! I have spent thousands of dollars building my game, being very competitive, I became a top breeder. Three days ago I log onto the game and got the account suspension message. I had a friend log onto their account... See Moreand check on my page. This player is no longer on Howrse, was what they got! They deleted my account with no notification or warning. I requested an explanation from contact us. Still have received nothing! A few of my fellow players submitted a request on my behalf. They received an answer, telling them that they could not give out information on another players account! So they can send that useless message to others and yet ignore the account holders request for an explanation as to why they deleted my account?
This game is nothing but a money grab! They have no consideration what so ever for their customers. They change their rules to suit themselves. It is very sad indeed when a customer is treated in such a manner. What gives them the right to throw away someone's hard work and money on a whim? Owlient games are not worth your time, effort and hard earned cash!

we have a family of 8 children and 6 grandchildren. we share computers and internet access. NO ONE IN THIS FAMILY IS MULTI-ACCOUNTING

you can not legally prevent people from accessing Howrse through the same computer or ISP. it would be illegal to punish any player who accesses Howrse from a... See Morepublic WiFi site or public computer simply because other players have already accessed the game.

how can you Owlient / Howrse justify punishing my family for sharing computers and internet access?
I will continue to send inquiries and report to any and all Social Media Sites that Owlient / Howrse are discriminating against my family until this is corrected. All accounts MUST BE returned to my family along with all passes, BMI's, wild howrses & Divines

Owlient's actions, including the 1 month ban on our accounts, the loss of 4 Karma points, the apparent deletion of my children's and grandchildrens accounts, the loss of their passes, wild & divine howrses is causing irreparable financial damage. I expect Owlient / Howrse to RESTORE or make reparation IMMEDIATELY
