I ordered 2 sets of ceramic fry pans. In the TV advertisement for these items the claim was made that:
1. The pans could be used at temperatures over 400 deg. C
2. You can use metal utensils to cook with and the pans would not be scratched.

1. Do not use above 120 deg. C! (Even my Teflon frying pans can be used up to 250 deg. C!)
2. Do not use metal utensils or the pans would get scratched.

On top of that, the screws to screw on the handles were too short so that the handles could not be attached.

I sent the pans back. I know that Euro shopping (France) excludes the cost of the return mail but as the return was not simply because I did not like the pans but because they had been totally misrepresented in the advertisement, I requested a reimbursement for the for the cost of return mail.
This request was refused oblivious of the fact that they had probably broken the laws of fair trade.

I will certainly never use Euro-Shopping again and would advise anyone who asks me my opinion, to not trust them.
