I purchased the Insanity DVD from dvdworkouts4less in May 2012. After reviewing the DVDs, the main workouts all played fine, but the bonus workouts were defective - chapters all mixed up, so it skipped around and was unusable. I contacted the company, and received this reply:
"Unfortunately this is... See Morenot a defect and this is how Beach Body produced this DVD. We understand that it is very strange and frustrating but we have tried many times to discuss it with Beach Body and they just tell us it is a bonus DVD and this is how it was produced."
I contacted Beachbody regarding this. They replied that they had no affiliation with that company, and sent some links on the company's stand on the issue of pirated copies.
I later purchased the Deluxe workouts from Beachbody directly, and they played perfectly, with no defects. This leads me to further conclude that DVDworkouts4less is selling bootleg and pirated copies of these workout videos.
I have contacted DVDworkouts4less twice more regarding this issue, requesting a refund or at the very least a partial refund for the Deluxe videos only. I have received no communication from them whatsoever after their original response, and they are NOT honoring their posted website guarantee.
STAY AWAY from this website. They also charged roughly $10 more for shipping than was paid in postage, and their listed prices do not reflect this.
