Regarding Cinemamoon, horrible experience. I usually read reviews first before I purchase anything, I didn't this time because I got their Ad from Ebay. This was a month ago. Their Ad is still on Ebay, I looked today. I have been trying to get... See Moreinfo from Cinemamoon and xcoin. Xcoin did e-mail me back and said they got in touch with Cinemamoon and they didn't have my mailing address and now that they did they would send the movie. They did have my address, I always make sure of that. SO I don't think I will be getting the movie. The e-mail was over a week ago from xcoin. I am waiting until Fri. July 6 then I will try to get my money back. If I get the movie or my money back I will Write another review.

I contacted Cinemamoon.com, by sending an email comment, in "CONTACT US", on 1/12/2012 complaining about the “Queen of the Stardust Ballroom” DVD, I had ordered & not received…
On1/7 or 1/8/2012 I went to your web site looking for "Queen of the Stardust Ballroom" DVD. I found it for Only $11.00... See Moreso I clicked Checkout to buy it. It took me to the next page-xcoin Checkout. I filled out my email address & password & continued to fill out my Information & clicked on continue. The next page said, Payment Complete. You have successfully sent a payment of $14.00 to help@cinemamoon.com. A copy of this transaction (CHK-CHK-200763462) has been saved in your transaction history. Why was my payment sent to "help"@cinemamoon.com? I've tried "numerous" times for "several" days to log into xcoin Absolute Payments and each time I get a small screen pop up saying, "Email Not Found" "Email address is not yet registered with Xcoin." Why haven't I heard anything from Cinemamoon or xcoin on the status of my purchase? You have my money & I have nothing & I can't even check on it. You have my money & I have nothing & I can't even check on it. I'm not happy & I want an answer immediately. Thank you.

Today, 1/20/2012, I received the DVD. I was concerned, because the DVD was sent, only in a DVD sleeve, in an envelope. Since I've have the movie, taped on a VHS tape, I've watched it several times, as well as seeing it, on TV, several times, I knew what the quality should be. I immediately took it out and played it. It was labeled, just like a new DVD and it played beautifully. It definately was a new DVD, not a bootlegged copy. I'm extermely happy with it and would order from them, again.
