hate to give this site a "first review and it be negative but...."
in my opinion they EARNED IT !.now like most people im sure the price lured me in.and the price is not bad,but the customer service is TERRIBLE!. i ordered a box set of the amc original series breaking... See Morebad. on 08/15/12 on 08/22/12 i still had no order number,no tracking number,and after 5 conversations by e-mail(which is the only contact available) it is now 08/24/12,and i STILL have not received my item.ofcoarse my payment was processed on 08/17/12...(did'nt take em long to get my $$$) finaly today they issued a tracking number,and an apology (in broken english),and a " website to go to to track my package.when i go to the site its all in (what i assume ) is CHINESE !! with the option to download an app to track the package....(add ware,toolbar and god knows what else included) i obviously declined... long/short of this i still have no item ,and no idea where in the world it is....pay a little more and buy from amazon,lesson learned.
