I booked my hotel by them ... a totaly failure...the hotel claimed they had never a booking request for my reservation. Budgetplaces had sent me a confirmation mail and sms 2 times but without having any positive reply from the hotel. Be carefull about the calling center, they are working... See Morefew hours daily and less in weekend. They have calling departments in such few places, so prepare for paying international calls in any trouble...! Dont try the skype contacts...you will never get answer...!
