This is the US based website of the international book-sellers called amazon. It also sells other products such as electrical goods (although many of these cannot be exported from the US). The website generally has a good reputation for information and buying, giving quick refunds if problems arise.

Other places on the internet are not so honest at all and allow anyone to get on and say whatever they want. Amazon curbs that because you have to have an account with them with all your details on purchases made, etc. Therefore it's a more reliable method of making as well as reading reviews on various products.

I can't say this is a bad site, because i have tried to order something from the user on this site, and it arrived just fine (even though i have no use of it)

But there a really disturbing thing that appears in amazon: Fake Pictures
... See MoreAs you can see, amazon provides a frame which we can put picture in it, to proof that the thing we sell is real, but there are some users, who puts a fake images, or photoshopped pics to fake his/her selling product

Great site. They sell themselves & also have vendors. They do monitor vendors and there is often some extra buyer protection ordering through amazon.com. DO be careful about return product deadlines. Also checkout "warehouse deals" for used or open box items. They rate condition of the item. Be careful... See Moreon amazon as sometimes the product is slightly different...if unsure (& the item comes in say different configurations or sizes) & you need something specific ask the vendor before you buy.
