411 Directory assistance will offer you free trails with the option to cancel before it becomes chargable, but it is very difficult to cancel.

See Moretalked to 411 several times and they state we entered a verbal contract. I've asked for the recording of this contract that they cannot produce. They were originally charging us $30/ month and are now charging us $73.50 a month. We were told by their agent nicki prince they had record of our cancellation and they would credit us back for 12 months. They are still charging us.

To get out of this you will have to use the 30 day cancellation policy and prove you've canceled by email or writing and then dispute with your credit card company. You'll have to send documented proof of cancellation to the creditcard company.
