100bestbuy.com is useless. You can book your order but you won't even get your product or the confirmation of order placed. When you will check on your account they will give you a reference number which never works. This way the are fooling thousands of persons and are keeping... See Moretheir hard earned money.
The positive reviews written above all are also fake reviews or they have hired some internet marketing company to do their Online reputation management. You want real reviews for 100bestbuy.com then you can Google it and you will get to know how many people are cheated by these fraudsters.
Not recommended to others. My reference number is 16402655 of bluedart.com and it shows invalid ref number. Its been a month and i am getting this status. Can't imagine when will i get the product. Customer Care is like the same they won't pick your call and if in case they picked once out of 100 tries then they keep on saying that server is busy. Don't worry you will get your product.

The support of customer team is really supportive. Your job is really commendable. I wanted to return the shoes I purchased from them, and all related concerns via call and mails were addressed politely. My biggest issue of being not available at my shipping address while re-shipment... See Morewas also addressed patiently, and updated me with informative direction and procedure even for refund or exchange. But I only wanted that shoes as that stuff was quite comfortable. Now I am a happy man to get another chance to rectify my silly mistake. Unbelievable, I received a replacement for my shoes at no extra cost is really a thing I never thought would be possible.

This company has multi offer to draw customer cash without delivering their product or they keep promising so far till they give-up. Web are not totally secured, I had expressed to sign in with my own user ID on their web were it turned to someone else user ID.......... etc, the contest story of their web is totally different and wonderful in terms of cheating where they draw your full attention to be very close of earning this contest to collect your cash officially and if you are not the lucky one (All participants will get 100% cash-back, in terms of credit points (for eg: if you buy any deal worth Rs 100 you will be getting 100 credits points in your 100bestbuy account by which you can buy any products on 100bestbuy With this points User can buy any other products on 100bestbuy) I had two times contest and lastly I decided to return this points in product form as they says but still they charge extra money without product delivery from the last 29 days no tracking number has been provide and no false respond from customer care. I conclude for this company 100 bestbuy back hole. No need to loss more money on calling false customer care support. I have not read before purchase all these reviews but these are not correct or may be I am lucky.
I got very cheap and good deals for my baby and house hold items. This online shopping is worth.
I had bitter experience with few other online shopping sites .My last suggestion to 100bestbuy.Com is, bit improve your customer service.It is good but still need to improve then it will be best.

They will ship your product but not as you purchased. I have ordered 2 products and they has sent me one product. They have also charged me a high shipping rate apx 150Rs.
