Schlechte Kundenerfahrung

Die Seite an sich sieht gut aus.
Als ich aber in den Livechat kam, wurde ich maßlos enttäuscht:
Ich wurde von einem Supporter direkt mit "du" angesprochen,
des Weiteren zählt die deutsche Rechtschreibung hierbei anscheinend auch nicht viel. Auf jeden Fall waren einige Rechtschreibfehler drin.

Auf eine Frage bzgl. Hardware musste ich 5 Minuten warten,... Mehr zeigen bis die Technik kontaktiert wurde, wie sich aber danach herausstellte, war kein Techniker online.
Einfach schlecht
