I hired this company to provide a service to me. The hotel did not receive our reservations. Then when it was time to pick us up at the airport, the hotel never showed. I called them many times however they never came. I finally took a taxi from the airport... Mehr zeigento the hotel. The staff at the hotel thought it was funny. When I contacted their customer service at ValueFly to inform them, I was given to a person, David Atherton who told me none of this is their problem or their responsibility. I explained to him it is their responsibility and a reflection on their company. What I received in return was a childish rant telling me off. I write this review not to condem but rather to inform other people that this company does not stand behind anything and aparently run by children.
