I just had a really great experience with Mac4u. I had been recommended by a friend. I am glad that I trusted his advice. I got the perfect machine and also saved a bundle. Great sales consultation and ended up with exactly the product I needed. Will definitely buy from... Mehr zeigenagain. Thanks guys

My biggest complaint with MACS4US is their very very slow and/or no response and broken promises to me as a customer. After almost a year of complaints about a defective dvd drive, I am still waiting on a resolution. Wolfgang, the sales rep, and his slowness of getting me a... Mehr zeigenreplacement finally sent me a non-working replacement dvd. After one week of trying contact him about the defect, he promised me another replacement. Here it is 8 days later and no replacement. When I finally reached him, it became obvious that he hadn't follow through on sending the unit. He said he would get back with me in 30 mins and 24 hrs later I am still waiting. Customer service do not return calls at all! In my opinion, this is not a good company to do business with...PERIOD!

We want to take the opportunity to post a response to Gene's concerns. At Macs4u.com we strive to provide a great customer experience and are proud of serving thousands of very satisfied customers.

Unfortunately, at times things do go wrong and we try to use the situation to improve our processes and ultimately, our customer experience.
Even though we weren't able to fully identify the problem with Gene's computer (unable to read a specific installation DVD, all others Disks were fine) and and the computer was past it's warranty period, we did send 2 replacement DVD burners free of charge to rectify the issue.

With Gene's feedback, we did recognize a gap and corrected our system
