They were not up to scratch, let me down after reeling me in with rates which were never achievable, did not check my documents, never picked up the phone once to me and eventually having told me I could not get a mortgage unless I applied with my partner, I... Mehr zeigencontacted the bank directly and sorted the whole thing out myself with no further need from them. I got the mortgage approved in my sole name (they did not) and had no apology, call or help from them until now when they want their money after two months of doing nothing for me and trying to pretend they did. They do not deserve a review as they pretend the approval was all down to them when they did nothing for past two months. A thoroughly disappointing company and I would certainly not go with them. Avoid!
