I bought a Media centre PC case, which came without any assembly instruction, (Assembly instruction ‎need because it have to front loading DVD drivers which should be point out how to open front panel, ‎and install the DVD drive and how to switch on/off the power supply).‎
‎ I contacted the... Mehr zeigenhelp line first of all I had to wait then they told me there no one who can help me as ‎moment please contact later what great technical help line with premium rate call charges.‎
I find out how to install inter hard drive and DVD drives and install all the hardware it takes me about ‎an hour, when I connect the power supply with the system and switch on wow it was not working i ‎tested the power supply there was no output.‎
I contact again so-called technical help line and explain it, the person on other end who is the manager, ‎sales advisor and technical expert (all in one) told me that he could not help me I have to return the ‎case.‎
I return the case and paid £9.29 for that, I read on their web site in T&C if the item is faulty the will ‎refund me the full amount + return delivery charges A big time lie.‎
To my surprise the deduct 15% from my money and wrote me that "I have return the item as (UN ‎wanted) item due to that the deduct 15%, and the will not going to refund Delivery charges.‎
This company is a fraud and cheat but in UK, you cannot do anything against them because the Lords ‎and politicians support them.‎
In UK, you do not have any costumer rights only the corrupt businessperson protected.‎
Internet CT is a fraud.‎
*I am sure the company selling B-grade items from auction or return and faulty items, which many ‎companies sold as spares, or repair items.‎

The speakers arrived faulty so I contacted the company straight away. I had to return the item at my own cost (£3+), which I did. Then they would not refund me the postage they had spent for the item to be delivered to my house and they also added a... Mehr zeigen£5 administration fee for the returned speakers as "they weren't broken". I warn you, YOU will lose out on this company NASTY AND CHEAP. AVOID.if you do choose to order an item with this company just check out the refund/return policy. you will be kicking yourself later when you have to return an item and get a fraction of the money from what you payed.
