I had a virus, they said they could fix my computer. I paid them online, they made me download something, everything went black and 2 weeks later I had to purchase a new computer because of them. These guys are hackers, beware of this website i repoerted them to the... Mehr zeigenfbi and police.

I got the trojan they call Palladium Pro. This is very inconvenient and it shuts you down entirely. If you attempt to restart, it presents itself to you before you can ever touch Windows again. It requires that you buy a license consting $80 or more so... Mehr zeigenyou can be rid of fictitious "malware." They pretend to be helping you.

I almost paid money. It looks fairly legit. But I was not doing anything URGENT that morning so I just powered down and went to a public computer and researched.

Palladium PC was well known at CleanPC.com. CleanPC IS LEGITIMATE and is giving clear instructions on how it can get done. I am not clear of Palladium thanks to the steps given. I did not have to pay CleanPC anything. I got just what I needed.

However, the instructions do not cover every computer in every situation. I RECOMMEND THE MANUAL DELETION OF PALLADIUM. It gives you more control and does not require installing anything additional. Clean PC does ask you do install a program. The manual method gets it done without any additional installations. You feel better about it, but it's more complicated. It's not too difficult though. Overall CLEAN PC WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH, BUT IT'S BEST TO RESEARCH IT FIRST ON ANOTHER COMPUTER.
